These rules apply to every assistant, today and as new ones are added. They are written into the platform privacy notice and terms.

You approve everything
Nothing is sent or posted without your approval. The assistants prepare. You decide.

You choose what is connected
Disconnect any account at any time. Disconnecting deletes the access the platform held.

Used only for your work
Your information is used only to do your work. It is never sold, and never used to advertise to you or anyone else.

Enquiries deleted after 90 days
Enquiry content is deleted 90 days after the enquiry is dealt with.

Records kept for six years
A record of what was approved and sent is kept for six years, the same as other business records.

Hosted in London
The platform is hosted in the UK, in a London data centre.
