Your team is re-keying the same order into three systems.

Workflow Automation

Get your systems talking to each other and cut out the double entry and the manual reports that come with it.

Every time something is retyped there's a chance of a mistake, so someone checks it. That means you're paying twice: once to type it and once to check it. The weekly report pulled together by hand is the third payment.

I map where the information needs to go, then connect your systems so it's entered once and arrives everywhere it's needed. The report that used to be built by hand starts building itself.

It's the most common thing I build, and the easiest to prove. The result is hours back every week, and you can count them.

Whether this is for you

A good fit if

Any business where the same information is typed into more than one place, or where a regular report is put together by hand.

Not a fit if

If the process underneath needs fixing first, we'll start with a quick health check so the automation saves you as much time as possible.

What you get

  • The duplicate entry removed, with the hours saved measured before and after
  • Recurring reports produced without anyone assembling them
  • A documented system your team can run without me

What it costs

A fixed price, agreed at the end of the design phase. What affects it: how many systems need to connect, and how much of your existing data needs tidying first.

The method

How the work runs

Five clear steps, and you sign off each one before we move on. The price is fixed once we've agreed exactly what's being built, so there are no surprises later.

Questions people ask

How do you prove the hours saved?

We count them, before and after. Before any work starts I find out how long the task really takes and how often it happens, from the people doing it. Once it's live we measure the same thing the same way. The difference is a number of hours, and you can check it yourself.
