Something's slowing the business down and nobody can tell you which part.

Business Health Check

A clear look at where your time and money are really going, with a ranked plan for what to fix first.

You can feel it in the margins and in how long everything takes, but ask what's causing it and you'll get five different answers. That's normal. The people closest to the work see their own piece clearly and the whole picture not at all.

I map how work really moves. Who touches what, how often the same information gets typed in, where things sit waiting, and where someone has built a workaround to get by. Then I rank what I find by what it's costing you and tell you what to fix first.

You get a plan you can act on straight away, with or without me. Often the first fix is a simple change that costs nothing to make.

Whether this is for you

A good fit if

A business of roughly five to fifty people where the owner is still the one spotting the problems, and nobody has ever stepped back to look at the whole picture.

Not a fit if

If you already know exactly what you want built, skip straight to a build conversation.

What you get

  • A clear, written read on where your time and money are going, ranked by cost
  • A recommended order of work, so you know what to tackle first and what can wait
  • A straight answer on whether you need software at all

What it costs

Scoped and priced after a free first call. The health check is priced separately from anything it recommends, so the advice is always independent.

The method

How the work runs

Five clear steps, and you sign off each one before we move on. The price is fixed once we've agreed exactly what's being built, so there are no surprises later.

Questions people ask

What if it turns out I don't need software?

That's a common answer, and a good one. In my experience software is only about a fifth of most change work. The rest is how work moves, who decides what, and where things get stuck, and I can help with all of it. A fix that costs nothing to make is still a fix worth having.
