An independent read on whether a system, a supplier or a proposal is fit for purpose, with no stake in the answer.
Someone sold you something, or is about to. The proposal reads well, the demo went fine, and you have no way of telling whether the thing underneath it is sound. Meanwhile the people who could tell you either work for the supplier or want to sell you the replacement.
I read it the way I would read it inside a large organisation, where signing off the wrong platform is a career event. Does it do what it claims, does it fit how you actually work, what does it cost over five years rather than one, what happens when you want to leave, and what is the supplier not telling you.
You get a straight answer. If the thing is fine, I will say it is fine.

Anyone about to sign something significant, anyone renewing a contract they have stopped understanding, and anyone with a system that everybody complains about but nobody has assessed.
Not a fit if
This is not a negotiation service. I will tell you what the risks are and what questions to put to the supplier. Putting them is your job.

Will you tell me it is fine if it is fine?
Yes. I have no stake in the answer, which is the whole point of paying somebody independent to look. If the system does what you need it to do and the price is reasonable, I will say so and the report will be short. You will have spent a small amount to stop worrying about it, and that is a good outcome rather than a wasted one.
